What if I don't love it?
Sixty-day money-back guarantee — one email, full refund. Write first before sending anything back: most problems are solved without a return at all.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Yes, if it hasn't shipped. Write to us within 12 hours of ordering and we'll catch it. Once a parcel is with the carrier we can't recall it, but a return is always open to you.
Which payment methods do you take?
All major credit and debit cards, plus PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay and Shop Pay. Payment is processed by Shopify; we never see or store your card details.
How do I reach a person?
