Reachwell — Large-Print Tai Chi Wall Chart (16 Movements)
You put a hand on the armrest before you stand, and you turn your whole body instead of just your head. Sixteen movements on the wall, done in the morning, and by next month you reach the top shelf without planning it first.
Every one of the sixteen movements is drawn twice — once standing, once seated in an ordinary dining chair.
You can do the whole routine without your feet leaving the floor.
The chart is 40 × 60cm and the movement names are set in large print with bold headings.
It is made to be read from across a room, not held in your hands.
Your order is dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrives within 5–9 business days.
You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships, so you can follow it door to door.
Ordering from outside the US?
Allow 7–10 business days.
Every order is covered by our 60-day reach-again promise, starting the day your order arrives.
Many issues are solved without sending anything back — damaged, wrong, or ill-fitting items are typically replaced free.
No extra taxes or shipping charges.
What you see is what you pay.
Arrived, hung it, been using it. Does what it says on the listing. No complaints.

Takes about as long as the kettle. That's all. I'd tried morning routines that wanted twenty minutes and none of them survived past a fortnight.
Gail M. · 5/5
Macular issues so small print is out. This I can read from a few feet away without glasses. That's rarer than it should be with things aimed at people my age.

AS SEEN IN
The reaching stopped and nobody told you it had
The jar you want is on the top shelf, and you get a chair instead of stretching for it.
You didn't decide that.
There was no day you gave it up — it just became easier than feeling how far the stretch had got.
Every one of those small arrangements is a movement your neck, shoulders and hips have stopped being asked to make — and the less they're asked, the less they offer.
Sixteen movements, drawn standing and seated
Each of the sixteen movements appears twice on the chart: once standing, once sitting in an ordinary dining chair.
That is the whole mechanism.
The routine matches the body doing it instead of assuming you can stand for twenty minutes.
They are grouped by what they open — neck first, then shoulders, then hips.
The ones that free the neck come before the ones that need the neck.
Nothing to hold, nothing to plug in, no video to lose your place in.
The chart doesn't mind.
Done in the morning, not intended all day
A routine on your phone is a routine you have to remember to open.
This one hangs on the wall you already look at — beside the wardrobe, next to the chair, on the back of the bedroom door.
You see it before your slippers are on.
That is the difference between doing six movements and meaning to do six movements.
The morning ones take about as long as waiting for the kettle, and you do them in whatever you slept in.
Some mornings you'll do three.
That still counts, and by the second week you'll notice which three you no longer need to think about.

How it works
Three steps, and the first one is the only one that takes any effort.
1Hang it where you sit
Beside the chair, next to the wardrobe, on the bedroom door. Somewhere your eye already goes in the morning.
2Pick from the sixteen
Start with the neck group — three or four movements. Standing or seated, whichever the drawing shows you can manage today.
3Do them before your coffee
About as long as the kettle takes. Tomorrow you do the same ones, and next week you add one more.
Photographs sent in by customers — the chart on their own walls, in the rooms they chose.
Imani W.Verified“Low bar I know but she's had a lot of well meaning gifts sit unopened. She likes that it's not a screen. Checking the blind spot now just means turning my head. Hadn't clocked that I'd been avoiding it.”
Hung it beside the armchair and started with the seated onesI was worried I'd have to stand for all of these and standing for any length of time is exactly what I don't trust myself with. Turns out every single movement has a sitting version drawn right next to it. Started with those only. Three weeks in and I'm doing about half of them standing now without thinking about it much. Reaching into the top of the airing cupboard used to mean going to get the little stool. Yesterday I just reached.

The large print is not just a marketing wordI can read the movement names from my bed which is about eight feet away and that was honestly the whole reason I bought it. Paper feels decent, not the flimsy stuff. Came rolled in a tube so no creases.
Evelyn T.Verified07/22/2026
My shoulder still catches on number fourBeing fair here — the fourth movement my right shoulder just won't do and I don't think it ever will. Everything else is fine. What I did notice, and I didn't notice it happening, is I turn my head now instead of swinging my whole body round. My daughter pointed it out before I did. Only thing I'd change is I wish it came in a couple of colour options, the cream is a bit plain for the room it's in.
Constance A.Verified07/19/2026
Bought two, one upstairs one downGot the two-pack and the little fourteen day guide came free with it. The tick boxes are the thing that kept me going honestly. Being able to see I'd done eleven mornings out of fourteen was enough to make me carry on into the next fortnight. One chart in the bedroom, one by the chair downstairs. The bedroom one gets used more.
Michael R.Verified07/18/2026
Bought for my mother, ended up ordering one for meShe's 76 and has been "meaning to do more" for about four years. Put this on the back of her bedroom door and she's actually doing it, which I did not expect. I'm 51 and sit at a desk all day so I ordered a second one for myself. The neck ones are doing more for me than six weeks of physio did.
Dorothy K.Verified07/16/2026
Didn't think a poster would workI assumed I'd need a video with someone talking me through it. But the drawings are big and clear and there's a short heading on each one, that's all you really need for movements this small. And it's on the wall so I don't have to find it again.
Yvonne W.Verified07/15/2026
I could read it from across the room whi...I could read it from across the room which is more than I can say for most things. My eyes aren't what they were and I've bought guides before that ended up needing my reading glasses, which defeats the point when you're supposed to be moving. This one I read from the chair.
Barbara N.Verified07/14/2026
The order of them makes senseThe neck ones come first and then the shoulders and hips, and you can feel why. By the time you get to the ones that need you to turn your head, the neck has already loosened. Most things I've tried had it the other way round.
Frank S.Verified07/12/2026
Good chart, packaging was very basicNo complaints about the chart itself. Arrived in a plain tube with no instructions or anything, which is fine, but I'd bought it as a gift for my wife's birthday and had to find something to wrap it in. Chart's good though. She does the seated ones most mornings.
Patricia M.Verified07/11/2026
Arrived quicker than I expectedOrdered Sunday, had it Wednesday. Hung it that evening. I'm on my feet less than I used to be and the hip ones in particular have made getting out of the car easier.
Lourdes F.Verified07/10/2026
My mother in law uses it every morningShe lives with us and I was running out of ideas for things she'd actually stick with. She won't go to the community centre, transport is a whole thing, so this was worth a try. She does about five of them before breakfast. Says it reminds her of a class she went to years ago.
Harold P.Verified07/08/2026
Works fine but not much I didn't already knowIt does what it says. Clear drawings, big print, the seated versions are genuinely useful. My issue is more that I've done tai chi before, years back, so a lot of these were familiar and I was hoping for a bit more depth on the form. If you're starting from nothing I'd say it's good. For me it's more of a reminder on the wall than something new. Not a bad thing, just not what I was after.
ReachwellThank you for the honest feedback, Harold. You're right that the chart is built for someone starting from scratch or coming back after a long gap — the large illustrations are there for legibility rather than detail on form. Good to hear the seated versions are still useful to you, and we appreciate you taking the time.
Eleanor B.Verified07/07/2026
Put it on the back of the bedroom doorSounds daft but that's the first thing I see. If it had gone in the spare room it would have been a very expensive piece of wallpaper. Six weeks now. I skip one of them because my hip doesn't like it but the rest I get through.
DeShawn M.Verified07/05/2026
Got it for my grandmotherShe's had two falls in the last year and the doctor keeps telling her to move more, which she hears as "you're getting old." This she took to, mostly because she can do it sitting down and nobody's watching her. She's put it by her chair.
Janet L.Verified07/03/2026
Bit smaller than I picturedI'd read the measurements but it still felt smaller on the wall than in my head. That said the print is large enough so it doesn't really matter, I just thought it'd fill more space. Doing the shoulder ones daily. Neck feels looser than it did.
Wei L.Verified07/02/2026
My mum reads it from the sofaShe's 79 and stopped going to her class when her friend moved away. This means she can do it at home without organising anything. She does the seated track. Her balance isn't great so I was relieved there was a whole version that doesn't need her standing.
Anonymous06/30/2026
Quietly effectiveNothing dramatic to report. I've been doing six or seven of them most mornings for two months. I reached up to the washing line the other day and realised I hadn't braced first. That's it really.
Sue E.Verified06/28/2026
It was ten days before I did anything wi...It was ten days before I did anything with it. Honestly. It hung there and I walked past it every morning. Then one day I did the three seated ones while the kettle boiled and that was that, I've done them nearly every day since. The kettle thing is what did it.
Gerald W.Verified06/26/2026
My wife noticed before I didShe said I'd stopped doing the thing where I turn round in the driver's seat like a lorry. Checking the blind spot now just means turning my head. Hadn't clocked that I'd been avoiding it.
Maribel B.Verified06/24/2026
Second one for my sisterBought one in April and ordered another for my sister in June. She's got worse arthritis than me so she does mostly the chair version. We compare notes on the phone which neither of us expected.
Nora C.Verified06/22/2026
Wish it came in more than one sizeI'd have liked a slightly bigger version for the living room wall, the 40x60 is right for a bedroom or beside a chair but looks a bit lost above the sideboard. Content is good. Hips and lower back have been better since I started.
Katherine S.Verified06/20/2026
I don't have to remember to open anythingThe thing that's killed every other attempt is having to find the video again or dig out the app. This is on the wall. I see it, I do a few. That's the entire reason it's worked where nothing else has.
Tyrone B.Verified06/17/2026
Dad's been doing it three weeksHe's 74 and stubborn about anything that looks like an old people's activity. The illustrations don't have that feel to them, it's just diagrams, so he gave it a go. Doing it standing, says the hip ones are the ones he feels most.
Adriana E.Verified06/15/2026
Good price for what it isI'd looked at classes near me and they were twenty odd dollars a session, plus getting there. This was the cost of one class and I've used it every week since May. Paper quality is better than I expected for the money.
Margaret H.Verified06/12/2026
The seated versions were the selling pointI was worried about whether I could manage it at all, honestly. I've not fallen but I hold onto things more than I used to and I wasn't about to start doing balance exercises alone in the house. Every movement being drawn sitting down as well made the difference. Started there, stayed there for a month, now I do about half of them standing.
Cedric D.Verified06/10/2026
StraightforwardArrived, hung it, been using it. Does what it says on the listing. No complaints.
Aisha O.Verified06/08/2026
Mum's stopped saying her neck hurtsShe used to mention it most days. She hasn't said it in about three weeks, and when I asked she said she'd been doing the first four on the chart every morning. She hangs it in the kitchen.
Beth R.Verified06/05/2026
I thought it would end up in a drawerThat's what happened to the last two things I bought for this. This one is on a wall so it can't go in a drawer, which sounds like a small thing but it's the whole difference. Eight weeks and counting.
Emilio W.Verified06/02/2026
Bought for my father after his hipHe had a hip replacement in January and was told to keep moving but not overdo it. The seated track suited the first few weeks and he's moved onto standing for most of them now. The physio had no objection when he showed her.
Hazel N.Verified05/30/2026
Took a bit longer to arriveOrdered during what I think was a sale period and it took about a week, a bit longer than stated. Once it came it was fine, rolled in a tube, no damage. Been doing the neck group daily and it's helped with the stiffness when I wake up.
Jacqueline D.Verified05/27/2026
My eyesight is the reason I bought thisMacular issues so small print is out. This I can read from a few feet away without glasses. That's rarer than it should be with things aimed at people my age.
Ravi B.Verified05/24/2026
Simple and it stays putNo batteries, no app, nothing to charge or update. It's a piece of paper on a wall and my mother in law can use it without asking anyone for help. That last part matters more than I realised.
Pam H.Verified05/20/2026
Reached for the spice shelf without think...Reached for the spice shelf without thinking about it and then stood there for a second realising what I'd just done. I'd been getting the little steps out for that shelf since about last autumn. Not sure exactly when I started doing that, which is sort of the point.
Alejandra D.Verified05/16/2026
Three arrived, kept two gave one awayGot the three pack. One for my bedroom, one for the living room, one went to a neighbour who's on her own and doesn't get out much. She's been doing it too. Works out cheaper per chart which is why I went for it.
Wendell B.Verified05/12/2026
Not what I was expecting from the photosI ordered this thinking it was going to be more of a full programme with a booklet and some kind of schedule. What arrived was a poster. It's a well made poster and the drawings are clear, I'll give it that. But I'd already got most of these movements from a library book and I'm not sure what I paid for beyond having them on the wall. My wife says I'm being unfair and that having them on the wall is the point. Maybe. I've hung it in the hall anyway.
ReachwellThanks for taking the time to write this, Wendell. You're right that what ships is the chart itself — the fourteen-day guide comes with orders of two or more, and we should make that clearer. If the wall version isn't doing anything for you that the book wasn't, do get in touch with our support team and we'll sort it out. And we hope the hall spot works out.

Theodore L.Verified04/28/2026
Two months inStarted in late February. I'm 68, not unsteady exactly but I'd noticed I was planning movements before making them, if that makes sense. Sitting forward in the chair first, deciding which arm to push off with. Don't do that anymore, or at least not every time. Sixteen movements is enough to not get bored and few enough to actually finish.
Gail M.Verified04/11/2026
I do them before my coffeeTakes about as long as the kettle. That's all. I'd tried morning routines that wanted twenty minutes and none of them survived past a fortnight.
Kaya R.Verified03/19/2026
My mother has it by her chairShe's 81 and won't do anything that involves getting down on the floor, which rules out most exercise guides. All of this is either standing or sitting in an ordinary dining chair. She does four or five a day and her sister has now ordered one too.
Questions, answered
Yes, and this is what the chart was built for.
All sixteen movements are drawn a second time as a seated version, done in an ordinary dining chair with your feet on the floor.
You can work through the whole routine without standing up once.
The sixteen movements are grouped by what they open, and the first group is the neck and shoulders.
They are ordered so the neck loosens before anything asks the neck to turn — which is the opposite of how most routines are arranged.
Each movement is a large illustration with a short bold heading, not a paragraph of instructions.
You copy the drawing.
For the sixteen movements here — slow, small, no jumping or floor work — a drawing is enough, and it stays open on the wall in a way a video does not.
The chart is 40 × 60cm, printed on coated paper with large type and bold headings.
Customers report reading it from an armchair or a bed several feet away, which was the design brief.
Your order is dispatched within 24–48 hours and typically arrives within 5–9 business days.
You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships, so you can follow it door to door.
Ordering from outside the US?
